ANDREI GOLOGAN

Inspired by the masters of the past and curious about the future of classical music, Andrei Gologan is establishing an international reputation as a thought-provoking concert pianist. His poetic interpretations have garnered the support of legendary pianists like Sir András Schiff and Richard Goode, and have led to invitations from some of Europe's major festivals and concert halls: Herkulessaal in München, Wigmore Hall in London, Schleswig-Holstein Festival, and Heidelberger Frühling among others. Upcoming highlights include the first edition of the BUZZ Chamber Music Festival, co-founded by Andrei in Obertrum, Austria, and return appearances for Musikdorf Ernen and Stiftung Mozarteum in Salzburg. Outside the stage environment, Andrei enjoys the music-making of Ignaz Friedman, Bill Evans and Sergiu Celibidache, and is enthusiastic about literature and analog photography.
